STEP 01–03
Development & Approval
The early stages establish the technical foundation of your garment.
1. Project Review
We review design references, tech packs, target quantities, quality and delivery needs.
2. Material Direction
Fabric, trims, colors, labels and construction options are evaluated.
3. Sample Development
A physical sample is created and revised according to documented feedback.
STEP 04–06
Production & Completion
Approved specifications guide production, checking and packing.
4. Pre-Production Confirmation
Final measurements, materials, workmanship and packaging details are approved.
5. Bulk Production
The order enters production with checks at the relevant manufacturing stages.
6. Final Check & Packing
Finished garments are reviewed and packed according to confirmed instructions.
